1.SQC-A series tool changers are designed for automatic tool changes and feature a failure-proof locking mechanism to secure tools during air interruptions.
● Fail-safe lock applies minimal piston pressure and ensures the
tool plate does not detach when air supply is interrupted
● External clamping and oversized piston boost load-bearing
capacity
● All critical parts are made from toughened stainless steel
● Emergency release can be activated manually without spring
tension
● Reduces tool change time during repair and maintenance
● Automatic switching ensures higher safety for operators
Optional spring
SQC-A changers can be fitted with a spring for extra fall protection in case of air cut-off.
● Built-in spring strengthens the locking mechanism
● Prevents tool plate from falling, providing dual protection with
the fail-safe system
